Been trying this devie out for a little while now on the side.. gotta say - I REALLY like it. Looks like everyone will be able to snag one (assuming you haven't already snagged a Pre instead) on 07/20 **updated to 07/12**

I really wanted to replace my aged 8830 before I went on my next International Trip, but as usual Sprint is last on a new model and I will be away for 2 months. VZW is releasing theirs on the 12th, and the GSM folks have had it for awhile. I was also hoping for Wi-Fi in poor coverage areas and on International Flights, but that isn't to be either.

Time to update the site, no? Isn't it confirmed on the 12th? Also, nice try with the fair use argument, but SCOTUS articulated a four part test and use type (commercial v. reporting/education) is ony one part of the four.
Sorry to leave an unrelated post, but I couldn't find a better spot to ask this. I am a Sprint customer; is there any way for to get the BlackBerry Storm activated on my plan, even though Sprint does not sell that device? There is conflicting info all over the net. Thanks!
