Customers in November billing cycles 7, 8, and 9 may receive their bill late due to invoice issues with a recent system update.
Impacted customers will still be able to view their bill in sprint.com on 11/16/09. Specialists may not see a November bill image for some customers in CSM or sView until the cycle has been released. eBill customers will also see a delay in their eBill e-mail notifications. Mailing could be delayed by 2-3 days.
