NBA Game Time now offers new free features for Sprint iPhone customers:

The app also provides NBA draft coverage and live stream and 20% discount on NBA League Pass Mobile.
NBA Game Time for Sprint is new for iPhones, so customers may call with general questions about the application and how to get it.

PREPAID: Virgin Mobile to Launch Apple iPhone 4 and 4S on 6/29

A press release was distributed today announcing the release of the Apple iPhone 4 and 4S which will operate on Sprint’s 3G network for Virgin Mobile USA.

• Both versions will be available on June 29.


• The Apple iPhone 4 will be available for $549.99 (excluding taxes).


• The Apple iPhone 4S will be available for $649.99 (excluding taxes).


• Both versions will be available at RadioShack, Best Buy, select local retailers as well as at www.virginmobileusa.com.


• Requires one of the current Beyond Talk plans ($35/$45/$55 plans)


• Customers can receive a $5 per-month plan discount when they register for automatic monthly payments with a credit card, debit card or PayPal account, making iPhone available for as low as $30 per month.

Software release iOS 5.1.1 is now available for iPhone 4 and 4S

A software update to iOS 5.1.1 is available for the Apple iPhone 4 and 4S beginning Monday 5/7/12.

• If the customer does not update via iTunes or OTA, they will be prompted to accept the update for their iPhone Over the Air within 7 days.

What you need to do:

  • Download Update Over the Air (OTA)
    
    
    
    1. Check that the iPhone has a valid connection to the Internet.
    
    
    2. Tap Settings> General > Software Update.
       
       
       
       • If an update is available, a prompt will appear.
       
       
       
       
    
    
    3. Select Download and Install.
    
    
    4. Once prompted, select Install Now.
       
       
       
       • The iPhone will power off and power on into the update process, displaying an Apple logo and progress bar.
       
       
       • Once the update is complete the iPhone will reboot by powering off and powering on again.
       
       
       
       
    
    
    
    
  
  
  • Download Update Over iTunes
    
    
    
    1. Go to http://apple.com/itunes/download/ and download and install the latest version of iTunes.
    
    
    2. Connect the Apple iPhone to the computer and open iTunes.

iPhone non returned phone fees

A little old, but not yet posted...

• Effective 4/1/12 Sprint will start charging new equipment non-return fees when customers fail to return their iPhone through retail exchange.


• Customers may not see these new charges until their May bill, depending on the bill cycle for the account.
