Quick Maintenance Window Update: Online Store

The website updates are *soo* close to being doing for the current phase, and to be able to complete some needed maintenance, the online store, housed on nextel.com will be down from 2AM-6AM this morning!

So hang tight and don't get too antsy - the Pre is only going to be available in retail channels initially anyways, so it's not like you've got anything to order, right ? Well, if you do it'll be up in just over 4 hours.

  1. Whaaaaaat!!!, So Premier Subs will not be able to get the Pre before the 6th of June???
    Please let me know. There are a lot of us who where hoping to have one of our "perks" satisfied.
    Sprint/Nextel needs to honor what they promised to Premier Customers!

  6. I have a question about switching plans and primary subscriber line at the same time. My wife and I are on the Free & Clear Family 2000 plan right now. She is the primary subscriber and I am the added line. On Saturday we'll be switching to the Everything Data 1500 plan and I would also like to switch myself to be the primary subscriber with her # as the add on. The last time we did this (when the Treo 600 came out) we did it because she got a nice discount with her company, now she doesn't work but I work for the same company. When we switched it over last time (to make her primary) it apparently reset our tenure. That doesn't matter much I guess, but when I call and have an issue I want Sprint to know that I've been a customer for 8 years, not two months. Is there any way to keep this from happening again when I switch us around?
    Thanks for all the good Pre info! I'll be checking back often for more general Sprint info.

  9. It must have........ If anything we should be hearing updates on the upcoming Touch Pro 2 that was rumored to be released this month but due to software glitches in now being rumored to be released in July at some point hopefully............

    Can we please hear some news on this phone!

  10. Hi!!! i hope someone can help me. I am with Sprint and i am under the Free & Clear Family 2000. I have everything for free including the Sprint Unlimited Data Pack. I have a Palm Treo Pro 850. I use the internet. Unlimited text. I even use the phone as a modem. My question is: I want to upgrade my phone to the HTC Pro 2. Can i just register the HTC pro 2 online? Would the system make me change my plan? I did not think so, but i am now so paranoid with all the freaking stuff Sprint is doing. Any help would be appreciate it.

    I hope you are fine! i have a problem in my Palm Pre Model No. (P100eww) that I RESET my Cell Phone by mistake and after Reset when i restart my phone so in starting its show the options that you must SIGN IN or SIGN UP!for your back up and restore your Data! so when i try to create profile to Sign up and Click connect so its show the option [you need to be connected to your wireless service provider's network to sign in. when you are in a location with service, please Try again]my Location Country is Pakistan, i use palm pre in Pakistan, so i request to you that please give me any solution and solve my problem! i really thanks full to all peoples.
