- Customers are calling Care about an upgrade now/buyout offer that they read about in a blog or heard about from retail.
- This trial promotion is only for specific markets and not a proactive offer.
What you need to do:
- Do not forward these customers to Account Services or proactively share this offer with customers.
- Reference CST document Upgrade Now Promotion – Trial and follow these steps:
- Ask where customer lives.
- Verify if the area is a participating market (reference document).
- If customer is in participating market, tell customer to call or visit a Sprint store to find if they are eligible for this trial promotion.
- If customer is not in participating market let the customer know their market was not included in this trial promotion.
