What you need to know:
On 5/4, several helpful updates will be added to sprint.com.
- Updates include (click here for images):
- Ability to search for an Airave device on the Airave Manage page.
- A big plus for business customers managing 100 lines or more.
- Customers using the FORGOT PASSWORD link on sprint.com that have not fully completed the registration process may be redirected to complete the sprint.com registration.
- Search will now be powered by Google and customers will have the ability to select areas they‘d like to search.
- Sprint will begin soliciting product reviews from Consumer IL customers.
- Sprint will send an email to customers that have provided an email address 45 days after activating their phone.
- Customers are not able to opt out of receiving the email.
- Customer reviews will post in the sprint.com 2.0 store and the Rating & Review section of Community.

- Be familiar with changes to sprint.com and be prepared to answer customer questions.
