HTC EVO 4G LTE & Galaxy Nexus customers to receive $8 TEP through September

Customers that purchase the HTC EVO 4G LTE or Galaxy Nexus by Samsung before 6/17/12 will be impacted by the new tiered TEP charges and deductibles. 

Customers buying an HTC EVO 4G LTE or Galaxy Nexus by Samsung before 6/17/12 and add TEP will:

  • Be at the $8 tier and then move to the $11 tier on 6/17/12.

  • Receive multiple written notifications explaining the increase in their monthly TEP charges and deductibles.

  • Be sent a legal notification in the form of a letter by mail after 6/17 notifying them that their monthly charge for TEP will increase from $8 to $11

  • See a $3 credit in their monthly bill from July through September, which will meet Sprint’s legal requirement to notify customers 90 days in advance of a price increase.


Customers buying an HTC EVO 4G LTE or Galaxy Nexus by Samsung after 6/17 and add TEP start at the $11 Tier.
